¡Por fin llegó el día que los cinéfilos tanto esperábamos! La ceremonia de los premios de la Academia, también conocidos como los Oscar, se llevó a cabo este domingo 10 de marzo tras una temporada muy intensa que ya tenía cantadas algunos ganadoras… y que la verdad no tuvo muchas sorpresas.
Cuando decimos que la temporada fue intensa, es porque cada uno de los premios que se han entregado desde los Golden Globes, han generado una enorme conversación en redes sociales sobre los ganadores, los discursos, los momentos mediáticos y lo que se proyectaba para estos Oscar 2024.
Desde luego que la favorita fue Oppenheimer con sus 13 nominaciones, la cual se llevó las categorías principales de Película, Director y Actor. Y del otro lado, la gran “perdedora” de la ceremonia fue Barbie, la cual se convirtió en un fenómeno (es la película más taquillera de 2023) que no fue tan bien recibida por la Academia (recordemos la ausencia de nominación para Mejor Director y Actriz). Sólo se llevó Mejor Canción Original y dos de los mejores momentos musicales.
En la mayoría de las categorías había favoritos como Mejor Actor de Reparto, el cual cayó con Robert Downey Jr.. Pero hay unas que estaban divididas, y quizá la más complicada fue Mejor Actriz, pues había un 50 y 50 por ciento de probabilidades que se lo llevaran o Emma Stone o Lily Gladstone… y la primera resultó la ganadora.
